Bircher Muesli

 


Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup milk, maybe more if it feels too thick in the morning 

1 handful raisins

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 grated apple

1 mashed banana

1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions:

Put all these ingredients in a bowl.  Soak overnight in the fridge. 

Add a dab of peanut butter and fruit of your choice for on top

Enjoy!
