I use this apple sauce when it starts to rain, the colors start turning, and it is time for a roast pork dinner.

Ingredients:
4 apples - cored, peeled and sliced
2 grater swipes of lemon rind
sprinkle of cinnamon
100 grams of sugar
Over a saucepan, throw the apples in, put in the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook for about 5 minutes and you're done!
