This poke is so easy, and so healthy - and a few faithfull standby's really help - friend onion, seaweed salad, furikaka. Use salmon or tuna, just make sure it can be eaten raw.
Ingredients:
- 2 large sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 shallot sliced (or Maui onions)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 inch of grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce look for a gluten free brand
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directons:
- 1) chop the fish,
- 2) mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 3) cool it in the fridge
- 4) serve over rice
