Barbara's cream cheese meatloaf

This is my mother-in-law's meatloaf recipe, and it is so delicious!

We all love this meatloaf!

Ingredients:

1 lb lean hamburger
1 egg
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 onion, finely diced
salt and pepper ( 1 teaspoon each)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 yellow American mustard
1 8oz packet of cream cheese

Instructions:
1) Prehat the over to 375 degrees
2) Prepare a bread pan by lining it all the way to the top with aluminum foil
3) In a bowl, mix the meat with everything except the cream cheese and mustard
4) Place half the meat mixture into the bread pan, extending it up along the sides to make a little hole for the cream cheese to lie into
5) put in the cream cheese, and cover the cream cheese with the mustard
6) fold the meat that is along the sides of the pan over the cream cheese
7) cover top of meat with more ketchup
8) cook for an hour - occasionally pouring out the extra juices so the meatloaf stays nice and firm
